Welcome to Magnetic Movement LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, services, programs, consulting, digital products, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

3. Payment Terms
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing our Services, you agree:
* To pay all fees in full
* To complete all payment plans
* That failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Services
* That unpaid balances may be sent to collections
You are responsible for any associated fees, taxes, or payment processor charges.

4. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and intellectual property delivery, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, lack of results, or failure to implement recommendations.

5. Chargeback Protection
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Magnetic Movement LLC to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue collection and legal remedies.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, materials, frameworks, designs, strategies, systems, and intellectual property created by Magnetic Movement LLC remain the exclusive property of Magnetic Movement LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes but is not limited to:
* Magnetic Brand Identity™
* VisionCore OS™
* Strategic frameworks
* Documents
* Systems
* Templates
* Processes

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share these materials without written permission.

7. Limited License
Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute materials.

8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Provide accurate information
* Participate actively in the process
* Provide requested materials in a timely manner
* Implement recommendations at your discretion
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from lack of implementation or participation.

9. No Guarantee of Results
Magnetic Movement LLC does not guarantee:
* Business growth
* Revenue increases
* Client acquisition
* Brand performance
* Financial outcomes
Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and market conditions.

10. No Professional Advice
All Services and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and results.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetic Movement LLC shall not be liable for:
* Indirect damages
* Lost profits
* Business interruption
* Loss of data
* Loss of opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnetic Movement LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
* Your use of the Services
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your business activities
* Your misuse of materials

13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Services at any time without notice for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during Services.

15. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms
By subscribing to Magnetic Movement LLC SMS/text messaging updates, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from us, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

* **Opt-Out:** You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
* **Help:** If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@ignitecreativ.com.
* **Carrier Liability:** Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

16. Privacy & Data Sharing (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
We respect your privacy. We will only use your information to provide the Services and send you communications to which you have opted in.

* **No Mobile Information Sharing:** No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

17. International Users
You agree that your data may be processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
* Natural disasters
* Internet outages
* Government actions
* Illness
* Infrastructure failures

19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Magnetic Movement LLC is registered.

20. Dispute Resolution
